Staff Uniform guide
Once provided, Staff ID cards must be worn at all times in the settings. This helps parents and other staff members identify that you are a cover staff member and also identifies your level of qualification helping support your correct working load.

Uniform codes must be followed at all times to help show that at Everything Childcare Agency we are professional childcare workers. This will also support nursery settings reusing our agency providing more work for all the team.
Our uniform code has been designed by the wishes of how settings wish agency staff to be presented. Please respect the nursery uniform requirements.

We often get feedback on staff presentation but most settings will almost always contact us if the uniform code is not being followed.

Agency Polo tops are posted out usually the first few weeks of you starting, if you have not got your agency tops yet please contact your local consultant to get them sent out.

Important uniform rules
No colourful nail varnish must be worn and acrylic nails or nail extensions must be removed prior to work. All piercings should removed and tattoos covered where possible, if you are unsure please ask a member of the agency team for more information. Please note not following our uniform policies may result in you loosing further work..

Suitable shoes
Flat black shoes with no heels but comfortable to move about in should be worn. Please ensure no trainers or running shoes are worn unless prior agreement has been made. No heels should be worn and in some settings shoes are to be removed when working with babies. Please keep your work shoes clean and fresh.

Suitable Trousers
Black trousers must be worn or a long black skirt can be worn in the summer months. Please ensure that no jeans or jogging bottoms are worn unless prior agreement has been made for that particular shift. Please ensure your trousers are clean, fresh and comfortable.

Suitable Tops
A white long or short sleeve shirt should be worn at all times an agency polo shirt is not available or yet arrived with you. You can also wear a white polo shirt until your agency polo shirts arrive. A black jumper in the colder months is recommended but no colourful jumpers or logo tops should be worn. Agency logo shirts are provided using the uniform order form at the bottom of this page. please ensure you either wear your agency shirt or suitable clothing following this guide. Please ensure your tops are clean and fresh at all times.
