Everything Childcare Agency is a childcare agency supporting both Temporary and Permanent staff within the Childcare sector. We are dedicated to supporting the nursery teams during times when their staffing levels are low or they are looking for a new member to join their workforce.. Important rules:

To help achieve our record for outstanding service and success it is our team who make this happen. Some golden rules are in place to support this aim. Time keeping is very important and planning your journey before hand will help achieve this. We have a set uniform code that must be followed when working in nursery environments. Details of uniform can be found on the website in the uniform section.

The most important rule is to have fun!

One important rule we do ask of our temporary team is that once you accept a shift we do expect the individuals to be committed to that shift so please ensure you are available before saying yes.

​

How often can you expect to find or be offered work?

We will aim to spread work evenly across our team but will consider geographical area when placing you into settings. If a setting needs a block cover then we will aim to find someone who can cover the whole period required. We will also look at setting reports on team members when completing future placements.

 

Failure to follow our rules will result in you not being used by the Agency.

 

We are able to offer shifts from one day a week to five days a week depending on your individual availability and the hours are also flexible giving you control over when you want to work..

In the setting code of practice:

At Everything Childcare Agency we believe that cover staff need to be reliable and be able to support the team through all aspects of the working day. Using initiative is very Important in showing your confidence in your role, If unsure about something it is vital that you ask, sitting back and doing nothing is not using initiative. We post out polo tops with the agency logo on. please wear these when you are working once they arrive. please see more on uniform in the uniform section of the site.
