We are able to support your long term staff cover with our long term staff solution services.

You can meet as many job seekers as you require but we aim to listen to your needs and get it right first time. All our job seekers undergo an interview with an Agency representative and must undergo checks before we are able to release their CV's to the workforce. This includes checking each job seekers visa status, qualification proof and DBS status. There are no set up costs or subscription costs for using the agency for Permanent staff recruitment. You only pay once you have found the candidate that is right for your setting. Each placement fee will be based on a % of there annual salary. Terms and conditions of business apply to all staff bookings and these will be sent out to you on your initial enquiry to the agency.

Interview Prep:

Each Candidate is given an interview pack prior to interview which we will put together including the following;

- Settings last online Ofsted report to get an idea of setting and areas they can identify to help with,

- Setting information including address to get an idea of the settings size and set up,

- Sample interview questions,

- Interview checklist with the important documents to bring with them,

- A map with car and public transport directions,

References:

We gain references for our Candidates and provide these to the potential new employer once requested and permission granted by the candidate. Some employers prefer to do there own reference checks and we can provide referee details as soon as the candidate gives permission, or you are able to forward your reference form and we can send this off for completion.

Book Interviews and what next:

With a strong bank of potential applicants we are usually able to forward settings CV's very quickly from initial contact, with any CV that we send forward we do fully consider the applicants experience, personality and individual requirements to make sure they match with what you are looking for. Once you see a CV you like inform the agency of your selection and we will be able to work with the client and candidate to arrange an interview date and time. Once the interview has taken place we will be in contact to gain feedback. we do ask for feedback so we can forward any information on to the candidate and also at this time we gain candidate feedback and pass this over to the setting. If successful a start date can be agreed and a job offer letter is put into place from the agency and where possible from the setting.

Rebate Period:

We have a 10 week rebate period giving the employer that extra piece of mind. The rebate period either allows a refund to be given or a direct replacement for the candidate.

 

Once a candidate starts, if they leave within the first two weeks you will not be invoiced for the time the Candidate spent in the setting. If a candidate leaves within two to four weeks of employment you will receive 75% of the invoice amount refunded.

If the candidate leaves four to eight weeks after starting employment you will receive 50% of the invoice amount credited back or a direct replacement depending on what you request.

​

If the candidate leaves eight to ten weeks of starting employment you will receive 25% of the invoice amount credited back or a direct replacement depending on what you request.

​

We keep our costs down and if you already use another agency we will be able to beat or match the rates to which you are currently paying as long as you are able to send proof.
